Installation Instructions

1. Laboratory environmental conditions:
The laboratory used to install the instrument should have a good external environment. The laboratory should be set in a place where there is no strong electromagnetic field and strong thermal radiation sources nearby, and should not be built near equipment and workshops that will produce violent vibration, and should avoid direct sunlight, smoke, dirty air and water vapor.
The internal environment of the laboratory should be kept clean, the indoor temperature should be controlled at 0-40 ° C, and the relative humidity of the indoor air should be less than 90%.
2, laboratory equipment conditions:
2.1 The distance between the two sides and the rear of the automatic cleaning machine should be not less than 10cm. It is recommended that you leave a blank space of at least 100cm in front of the cleaning machine to facilitate your operation and future maintenance.
M8000D: Width 90cm, depth 70cm+5cm (door), height 87cm.
Base (optional) : 46cm high.
2.2 Power Connection:
2.2.1 The maximum power of the device is 6.5kW, the power supply is 220V, 50Hz, and the neutral line and ground line are required. It is recommended to have no less than 4 square wires and 32A air switch.
2.2.2 An air protection switch with a capacity of 32A must be provided onsite to connect to the power supply of the device.
2.2.3 The equipment comes with a 3-meter three-phase five-core cable, and the circuit breaker position should be set at a position of more than 1.5 meters and less than 2 meters behind the machine.
2.2.4 The instrument should be reliably grounded, and the ground wire is best led out by a metal copper plate directly buried under 1m underground and connected to the ground end of the power supply line.
2.3 Water Inlet Connection:
2.3.1 The static pressure of the water inlet pipe is greater than 2 kg, and the dynamic pressure is greater than 1 kg.
2.3.2 The position of each inlet tap should be easy for daily operation.
2.3.3 One tap water inlet and one pure water inlet need to be provided for the equipment on site. The water inlet is a quick-connecting faucet or interface. The length of the tap water inlet pipe provided with the standard equipment of the instrument is 3 meters, and the length of the pure water inlet pipe is 1 meter. 
2.3.4 If there is no pure water inlet on site, a bucket of not less than 100 liters can be used instead.

2.4 Drainage Connection:
2.4.1 It is required that there is a water outlet within one meter of the equipment to facilitate drainage of the equipment, and the water inlet should not be higher than 1 meter above the ground. The drainage of the equipment should be led from the lower right behind the equipment.
2.4.2 The equipment is equipped with two 1.5m long drainage hoses with an outer diameter of 25mm.
2.4.3 Drainpipes with an internal diameter greater than or equal to 50mm must be provided onsite.
2.4.4 The drainpipe material must be able to withstand the water temperature of 85 ° C for a long time. If the exposed part is easy to touch, install an external heat shield to avoid burns.

Q&A

Q: How many tanks your machine has? What are the water tank capacities?
A:Inner cavity capacity: W1550×D795×H960mm. The water tank capacity is 70L and the water tank is also preheated water tank.
Q:Does this machine cleans bottles effectively- because we noticed in some cage washers that traces of soap remains inside the bottle and rinsing nozzles are not capable to direct water inside the bottle and remove the soap from the bottles. Please advise.
A:STIER cage washer mainly use a powerful washing pump which imported from Germany to pump water, detergent(Acid and alkali cleaning agent both are weak) and hot water to assist cleaning. The water is diverted through the upper, middle and lower water pipes in the inner cavity. The inner cavity is equipped with 6 large swing arms for rotation. The multiple nozzles of the swing arms and the nozzle holes at different angles on the water distribution pipe of the inner cavity use high-pressure water to spray the cage at all angles flushing and spraying. So it woundn't happend that traces of soap remains inside the bottle (or cage)
Q:Does it have separate water tank for cleaning water and rinsing water or its a same tank?

Can we set separate temperature for cleaning and rinsing water?
does the waste water collected after rinsing is collected and can be used for cleaning or its directly drained?
A:Our cage washing machine is divided into two container parts: the sink (for inner tank cleaning) and the main water tank. The sink holds the circulating water for the cleaning process; the main water tank is a preheated water tank that can preheat the rinsing water.
You can set separate temperature for cleaning and rinsing water.  After the main wash, the main wash water (cleaning water) will be drained (that is, the extra drainage time mentioned last time). During the rinsing, the rinsing water from the main water tank is pumped directly into the inner tank to rinse the cages or bottles, and the rinsed water will flow back to the water tank in the inner tank to be used for the next cycle cleaning.
